These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sawasdeal online store and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from this website.

1. Online store use

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You may not interfere with the website, misuse its content, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Products and product information

Sawasdeal sells packaged Thai foods, beverages, snacks, dried fruit, seasonings, and related products. Product images and packaging may vary when manufacturers update their designs. We work to keep descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, weights, prices, and availability accurate, but you should review the manufacturer's label before use or consumption. Do not consume a product if its packaging is damaged or if you have concerns about its ingredients or allergens.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or destination-country import restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Shipping is charged separately from product prices according to the order's product weight. Payment methods available to you are those shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees; these are not charged or controlled by Sawasdeal.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from Thailand to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please check the address carefully before submitting your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. 6. Duties, import taxes, and destination rules

Our FastShip Express All-in shipping rates include applicable duties and import taxes, so Sawasdeal does not collect an additional payment on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, seizure, or disposal caused by destination-country restrictions, except where required by law.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation through your customer account within 15 minutes after placing an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. This request window does not restrict any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right.

We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering mistakes, taste preferences, or unwanted items. We will put things right if we make a mistake with your order, including an incorrect or missing item. Damaged, defective, unsafe, materially misdescribed, and lost items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. This restriction does not affect mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable EU or UK statutory right of withdrawal. Those rights take priority; see section 7 of our Return and Refund Policy for the conditions, deadlines, and legal exceptions.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, availability, eligible products, customer eligibility, and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been placed.

9. Intellectual property

The website's branding, original text, graphics, photographs, and other original content belong to Sawasdeal or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by Sawasdeal.

11. Errors and availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information, prices, or availability at any time. If an error affects a paid order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount as appropriate.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by applicable law. Sawasdeal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability may legally be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the stated update date.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
