Shipping policy

All Sawasdeal orders are carefully packed and shipped from Thailand. Checkout shipping is currently available to the United States and the 20 European destinations listed as available in our Before You Order page. Additional destinations listed for research are not available at checkout unless we enable them. The destination and shipping options available for your order are confirmed at checkout before payment.

1. Shipping service
For the United States, we use FastShip Express All-in (ALL13). For the 20 European destinations currently listed as available, we use FastShip All-in Food (ALL05). The shipping service and charge available for your order are displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Shipping rates and weight
Shipping charges are based on the total product weight in your cart. The current maximum total product weight is 16,000 g (16 kg). The rate shown at checkout is the amount you pay for shipping. For the current checkout weight brackets and prices, please review the shipping-rate table in your destination guide and the shipping and delivery section of our Before You Order page.

3. Delivery estimate
Order preparation starts the day after you place your order and takes 1–2 calendar days, including Saturdays and Sundays. FastShip ALL13 parcel cutoff times are Monday–Friday at 15:30 and Saturday at 15:00, Thailand time (UTC+7). Prepared parcels that miss a cutoff wait for the next available dispatch. FastShip ALL05 has a weekly parcel cutoff on Wednesday at 17:00, Thailand time (UTC+7). Prepared parcels that miss this cutoff wait for the following Wednesday. Preparation time is separate from waiting for the next carrier dispatch and from transit time. These are carrier parcel cutoffs, not online-store order cutoffs; you can place orders at any time. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days for FastShip Express All-in (ALL13) to the United States, and 10–14 business days for FastShip All-in Food (ALL05) to the European destinations currently listed as available. These transit estimates do not include order preparation or waiting for the next dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier operations, customs inspections, local delivery conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

4. Duties and import taxes
Applicable duties and import taxes are included in the shipping charge for the FastShip All-in services currently offered at checkout. Sawasdeal will not request an additional payment for duties or import taxes after checkout. Customs authorities may still inspect a shipment.

5. Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, phone number, and email address. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged, delayed, lost, or incomplete parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears delayed or lost, or is missing an item, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will assist with the carrier investigation and provide an appropriate resolution for approved claims.
