Thai Snacks with a Local Friend: Watch JOLLY’s Taste Test

A local friend can introduce snacks that visitors might not choose on their own. JOLLY’s tasting with Thai creator View brings that conversation to the table.

This watch guide pairs the creator’s original tasting with current Sawasdeal shopping options. The two lists below are separate: a snack appearing in the video does not automatically mean our listing is the exact product, flavour or pack.

Snacks featured in the video

Selected moments to look for, rather than an exhaustive shopping list. Timestamps are approximate; auto-captions can mishear brand names.

• 0:50 — Sweet-basil Lay’s
• 1:51 — Prawn crackers with chilli paste
• 2:44 — Larb-flavoured Pretz
• 3:38 — Bento squid snack
• 5:11 — Milk tablets

How to choose a similar snack

Pretz Larb has a named brand-and-flavour connection. Other Pretz flavours are separate alternatives. Bento and Lay’s choices come from brands identified in the source, but their current seasonings and formats are not all shown in the clip. Milk tablets are separately labelled alternatives; no insect snack is recommended.

Before adding a snack to your order

• Check the exact pack, flavour, ingredients and allergy information on the current product listing and label. Similar flavour does not mean identical ingredients.
• Choose between crisp, chewy, filled and dried formats before comparing pack sizes. They can give very different tasting experiences.
• Availability and delivery eligibility can change. Follow the product page and checkout; not every food shown in an older travel video is sold by Sawasdeal.
